Job summary

Leidos is seeking an International Program Coordinator to lead complex international defense programs, interfacing with government clients, foreign partners, and subcontractors across multiple countries. The role owns scope, schedule, and budget while driving results across international boundaries.

Required 8–12 years in program management or 6–10 years with a relevant Master's degree; U.S. citizen with active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one; multilingual capabilities are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Relations, Systems Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years of prior relevant experience in program management OR Master's degree with 6–10 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with U.S. Government acquisition process, including FAR/DFARS
• Proven experience managing programs with international scope (FMS, DCS, or other)
• Strong leadership, cross-functional influence and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to complete international program goals
• Ensure programs stay within scope, time, and budget with P&L responsibility
• Interface with government, foreign partners, subcontractors across countries
• Lead coordination of government acquisition activities in international environments
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executives and clients
• Serve as primary contact for international partners and customers
• Travel internationally to support program execution and partner coordination
• Recommend and implement new solutions, processes, policies, and standards
