Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology pioneer, seeks a Legal Counsel-International in Seattle to guide international commercial contracting and government transactions. You will own cross-border terms, negotiate licenses, hardware and services agreements, and manage complex deals with foreign ministries and defense agencies.

The role focuses on international commercial contracting, DCS and FMS structures, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Global Defense and ITAR/EAR teams.

Qualifications

• Experience on international commercial contracting and/or international government/defense contracts.
• Ability to structure cross-border agreements and use Incoterms, payment security, and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with export controls and defense trade processes (DCS, FMS) is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in CA or eligible to register as in-house counsel in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal review and guidance on proposals, procurement, contracting strategies, and program execution for the applicable Anduril Division.
• Lead or assist in negotiations, redlining, and finalizing international terms and conditions and master agreements.
• Manage relationships with foreign government ministries of defense and allied procurement offices.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies across international acquisitions lifecycle.
• Collaborate with ITAR, EAR, and sanctions teams to align deal structures with regulatory requirements.
