Job summary

Anduril Industries in Mountain View, CA seeks a Legal Counsel-International to support international government and commercial work. You will review, redline, and negotiate the terms of cross-border software, hardware, and services agreements, with a focus on ITAR/EAR compliance and complex program execution.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California or eligible to register as in-house counsel.
• Experience with international government/defense contracts preferred.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate cross-border agreements and incoterms.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and sanctions compliance.
• Strong analytical and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal review and guidance on proposals, procurement, contracting strategies, and program execution for applicable divisions.
• Lead end-to-end redlining and negotiations of international terms and conditions and master agreements.
• Manage relationships with foreign government ministries of defense and allied procurement offices.
• Oversee acquisitions lifecycle, evaluate major proposals, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with ITAR/DFARS teams to align deal structures with regulatory requirements.
• Develop contracting approaches for delivering technology to foreign government customers and negotiate with ministries and primes.
