Job summary

Envision Technology, LLC seeks an International Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate global customers and manage key accounts. You will lead international sales strategies, build a multi-year pipeline, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to align customer needs with solutions.

Travel up to 50% is required; candidates should have 3+ years in international sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ITAR/EAR export controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3–5+ years international Sales/Business Development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of dismounted warfighter electro-optics market and competitive landscape.
• Experience doing product demonstrations and technical training desirable.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR and export licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international business development and sales strategies across regions.
• Build and manage a multi-year pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Identify and pursue new international opportunities to meet growth targets.
• Lead capture strategies for programs and complex deals.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and manufacturing to align customer requirements with solutions.
• Lead proposal development, market analysis, and strategic planning as needed.
• Travel to industry events, customers, and partners to expand market presence.
• Manage key accounts pre- and post-sale, ensuring satisfaction.
