This role emphasizes building strategic relationships, pursuing major defense programs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to win and transition programs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of large program execution, experience with NATO and allied nations, and can lead sales efforts globally while traveling 30% or more.

Qualifications

• MUST have strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Proven success in international business development and defense markets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and pricing teams.
• Knowledge of export controls and defense procurement processes.
• Track record of winning international defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international growth strategies focused on Europe, Middle East, NATO, and allied nations.
• Shape and drive capture of major international defense programs; maintain CRM pipeline accuracy.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with NATO offices and defense ministries.
• Lead initial program leadership for new international accounts before transition to PM.
• Lead responses to international solicitations and tenders with cross-functional teams.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive assessments on NATO modernization efforts.
• Coordinate international demonstrations and capability showcases with end users.
• Drive partnerships with international primes and technology partners.
• Travel internationally (30%+) for engagements and events.
