Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions seeks a Senior International Program Manager to lead Foreign Military Sales and international agreement efforts, engaging U.S. and allied government stakeholders.

You will drive technology exchange and data-sharing initiatives while coordinating with Defense leaders and program offices from a Washington, DC location. A Secret clearance is required, TS preferred, with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, International Relations, National Security, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense or Department of the Navy international programs.
• Experience developing and executing international cooperative agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Project Arrangements, or Security Cooperation initiatives.
