Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Program Manager in Global Business Practices to lead and optimize large-scale deal lifecycle transformations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to align policy, process, and technology across the GTM motion.

The role requires strong program-management experience, exceptional communication, and hands-on work with CPQ, Salesforce, and CLM tools to improve deal quality and velocity at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering global enterprise deal lifecycle/transformation programs end-to-end.
• Experience with deal management processes and commercial agreements.
• 7+ years in program management, business operations, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale deal lifecycle transformation program changes end-to-end, marshaling cross-functional support and resources.
• Own CPQ governance across the deal lifecycle by coordinating UAT for new features, ensuring GA products are in CPQ, and establishing scalable best practices.
• Manage the full stack of change-management activities across stakeholder engagement and enablement.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key Stripe stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Work cross-functionally to identify deal lifecycle improvement opportunities spanning strategy, people, policy, process, and technology.
• Synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions and prioritize among projects.
• Make executive-level recommendations and drive decisions when necessary.
