Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting or a related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing across all levels from front lines to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for building and driving large-scale deal lifecycle transformation program changes end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional support and resources.
• Own CPQ governance across the deal lifecycle by coordinating UAT for new features and ensuring GA products are available in CPQ.
• Manage change management activities across stakeholder engagement, messaging, and enablement.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Stripe.
• Identify deal lifecycle improvement opportunities spanning strategy, people, policy, process, and/or technology.
• Synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions; make exec-level recommendations.
