Job summary

Druva is seeking a senior Deal Desk leader to drive deal velocity and refine pricing, packaging, and deal structures. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Finance to design scalable workflows, empower teams with AI, and optimize approvals and compliance across the global organization.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights that reduce cycle times while maintaining rigorous controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a Deal Desk role at a SaaS company.
• 3+ years leading SaaS Deal Desk teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
• Experience using AI to improve business processes.
• Understanding SaaS revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales leaders to maximize deal execution and guidance on contract terms.
• Leverage AI to streamline deal approvals, routing, and workflow design.
• Define and manage internal deal workflows with cross-functional inputs.
• Define key deal metrics and report trends, risks, and improvements.
• Provide value engineering to position pricing, bundling, and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Salesforce improvements.
• Maintain velocity and compliance for overall deal flow.
