Job summary

n8n is hiring for a Senior Deal Desk Lead to build and run the AI-first deal desk from the ground up, advising Sales on pricing, structuring, and executable workflows. You will maintain pricing rules and negotiate terms directly with customers, while coordinating with Legal, RevOps, and Finance to keep cycles moving.

This role requires hands-on CPQ and Salesforce experience and a proactive, AI-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building and running a deal desk.

Responsibilities

• Build n8n's Deal Desk function from scratch with AI-first approach.
• Advise Sales on deal structure and pricing to protect margins.
• Maintain simple discount and pricing rules for Sales.
• Run monthly and quarterly deal reviews to sustain velocity.
• Handle contract redlines and non-standard terms.
• Create a redline clause library for AI suggestions.
• Automate approvals and quoting in CPQ; AI triages requests.
• Own Salesforce data quality and contract hygiene.
• Support Customer Success on renewal/expansion structuring.
• Coordinate security and compliance requests between teams.
• Report monthly on deal desk performance metrics.
