Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in an operations environment.
• Experience coaching, coordinating coverage, and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively set daily operational priorities, assign work, and coordinate coverage to meet service expectations.
• Establish and run day-to-day operating routines, including start-of-shift planning, workload balancing, handoffs, and end-of-day status review.
• Manage workforce coverage and short-term resource planning by coordinating shift schedules and anticipating peak periods.
• Deploy cross-trained resources to protect SLAs and escalated staffing or operational risks as needed.
• Identify capacity constraints and maintain disciplined execution and controls compliance.
• Direct team performance via coaching, feedback, and corrective action.
• Reinforce engagement and accountability by addressing performance gaps and ensuring training.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness through standard work and documentation discipline.
• Own escalation and incident management, coordinating response with corrective actions.
• Lead operational change and continuous improvement through process updates and clear communication.
• Develop Team Leads and emerging talent by delegating stretch assignments and coaching.
