Job summary

Accelera seeks a Datacenter Site Operations Lead in California to govern facilities, optimize asset data, and ensure compliant, scalable production environments. You will bridge Build, Platform, SRE, and Ops teams to smooth transitions from construction to production.

The role requires managing capacity, directing readiness reviews, and producing executive-ready reports while upholding ISO 50001 and EHS standards. Collaboration with international teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in high-density compute, cloud infra, or hyperscale datacenters.
• Deep technical knowledge of datacenter systems: power, cooling, racks, monitoring, capacity planning.
• Proven success in operational readiness reviews, site commissioning, and SOP development.
• Experience overseeing asset lifecycles, DCIM, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage datacenter capacity and physical infrastructure to provide real-time health insights.
• Lead acceptance and transition for new facilities with Build and Facilities teams.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Cloud Platforms, DCEO-Ops, and SRE to translate issues into solutions and reports.
• Ensure asset data accuracy and compliance with SOPs, EHS, and ISO 50001 standards.
• Analyze post-mortems and retrospectives to drive resilience and scalable global standards.
