Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Site Operations Lead to run 24/7 data center facilities. You will own electrical, mechanical, cooling, safety, and building controls, ensuring high availability against SLAs. You will build and lead the site team, coordinate with hardware and network operators to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, incident and change management, and the ability to present RCA findings to executives.

Formación

• Has run 24/7 critical facility operations with contractual availability.
• Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure to work with technicians.
• Experience in high-volume repair or break-fix operations with queue discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 24/7/365 operation of all critical infrastructure at your site: electrical distribution, mechanical and liquid cooling, fire/life safety, and building controls, accountable for availability against customer SLAs.
• Own site safety in partnership with HSE, including hazardous energy control, electrical safety, and LOTO across a mixed workforce.
• Build and lead the full site team, facility operators alongside hardware and network operators, owning shift coverage, on-call rotations, performance, and development.
• Run the hardware and network repair operation: manage tickets, triage, prioritization, break-fix, and RMA workflows with time-to-repair focus.
• Manage incident and change processes: lead severity response, root cause analyses on timelines, and drive corrective actions.
