Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a decisive Facility Manager to supervise 24x7 operations across one or more buildings. You will lead facility technicians, manage maintenance programs, and ensure safety, compliance, and superior service for multiple clients.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations experience in data centers, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of increased responsibility and oversight of building systems and critical facilities equipment.
• Professional licenses are strongly preferred (electrical and mechanical licenses).
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
• Ability to estimate cost of client installations and other assigned projects.
• Knowledge of purchase order requests process and invoice tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians and support staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, scheduling, and contractor activities to ensure uptime and safety.
• Ensure conformance with change control processes, approvals, and execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
