The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflow prototyping, validation, and strong governance. You will lead complex, multi-system projects, collaborate across Product & Technology, Regulatory, and Trust & Safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure or data engineering, cloud-based systems, or enterprise integrations.
• Expert SQL and data-modeling skills with complex joins and performance-aware design.
• Experience with production data pipelines, reporting, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional infrastructure and data-platform initiatives from discovery to release.
• Translate regulatory needs into data contracts, specs, and delivery plans.
• Design, build, and operate data pipelines, models, APIs, and reporting infra.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows with validation, oversight, and auditability.
• Lead UAT and release readiness; mentor analysts and engineers.
