Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, master data management, or data governance in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the MDM strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap for the US Customer and Product domains.
• Modernize the MDM capability with AI/automation, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.
• Own end-to-end master data operating model, governance, survivorship, and data retirement.
• Partner with Global Tech, Commercial, Market Access, and Insights to deliver value.
