Job summary

CBRE is seeking a DataCenter Sr. Project Manager to lead global upgrade/retrofit projects across its critical infrastructure portfolio. The role involves defining program requirements, engaging with internal clients, and guiding projects through full lifecycles.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, while coordinating with A&E, contractors, and site teams to optimize delivery and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of program management experience with data center infrastructure or critical environments.
• Formal program management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrades/retrofit construction program across global portfolio.
• Develop program budgets, cash flow, and funding approvals with Cost Control.
• Manage cross-functional teams and multiple programs with competing priorities.
• Draft program documentation and quarterly forecasts, updating schedule and budget.
