Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own multi-year roadmaps and drive platform strategy for engineered equipment across global regions. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to align priorities, pricing, and performance metrics.

The role requires 12+ years in product management or engineering leadership, with deep knowledge of heat transfer, HVAC, or refrigeration systems, and experience scaling NPI programs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product engineering, or technical commercial leadership.
• Multiple engineered equipment programs through full NPI from concept to volume production.
• Deep technical fluency in heat transfer, HVAC, or refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap for a category of products and define platform strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales and regional teams to analyze portfolio performance and drive improvements.
• Drive pricing strategy, toolkits, and guidance for Sales to increase wins and reduce losses.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across global regions to align capacity, supply chain, and market needs.
