Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the strategy, development, and lifecycle of thermal management products for data centers. This hybrid position requires at least three days in the office, located in New Freedom, PA, or Milwaukee, WI.

The successful candidate will manage product profitability, drive value propositions into business cases, and must have strong analytical and customer relationship skills, along with 10 years of experience.

Salary range is $109,000 – 146,000 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience, including 2-3 years of product management.
• Strong understanding of advanced thermal management technologies.
• Experience interfacing with customers and managing complex issues.
• Basic understanding of financial indicators like ROI, IRR.
