Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a global, multi-disciplinary engineering program across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the lifecycle, balancing technical trade-offs with program goals.

You will manage engineering content ecosystems and drive seamless handover of construction designs to operations, while partnering with executives to align on roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of program managers across NA, SA, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and tool usage.
• Partner with executives to influence decisions on digital content, tooling, and AI integration.
• Govern critical engineering and building design docs; ensure smooth handover from construction to operations.
• Drive roadmap for engineering content systems and AI platforms operations.
• Lead global change management to integrate content platforms with enterprise systems.
