Job summary

Boyd Thermal, part of Eaton, seeks a Director of Global Data Center Sales Operations to lead the Salesforce operating model, master data governance, and end-to-end commercial processes. This role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and HR to align data, incentives, and performance reporting across NA and Europe.

You will drive pipeline health, forecast visibility, SIOP coordination, and capacity planning, while guiding change management and cross-functional programs through an integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales, operations or related leadership role.
• Experience with Salesforce governance, master data, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating incentives and financial alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations strategy for Boyd Thermal within Eaton’s Global Data Center framework.
• Drive pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and capacity visibility across strategic accounts.
