Job summary

Boyd Corp in Ohio is seeking a Director, Global Data Center Sales Operations to partner with the commercial teams, optimize processes, governance, and data visibility for the Boyd Thermal division. The role reduces admin burden, strengthens execution, and supports strategic account management and forecasting.

The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional programs, data governance, and incentive design while aligning with Eaton’s Global Data Center operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, operations or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, sales operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce operating model, configuration, admin, training and launch coordination.
• Lead pipeline analysis in partnership with sales organization.
• Own master-data administration and revenue-realization data alignment.
• Forecasting integration and data governance across systems.
• Drive end-to-end commercial process ownership and quarterly business reviews.
• Administer sales incentive plans and account-level performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and HR.
• Ensure regulatory and internal standards for customer-facing documentation.
