Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data centers. You will build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and own budgets, cash-flow, and change-order governance, reporting weekly to leadership.

Ideal candidates bring deep civil/electrical/mechanical knowledge, strong scheduling skills with P6/MS Project, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM on hyperscale data center or large infra builds.
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control skills with Procore/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data centers.
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Own budgets, cash-flow, and change-order governance; report weekly.
• Facilitate phase-gate reviews, maintain RACI matrices, and manage contracts.
• Identify critical-path risks and drive mitigation; be single source of truth.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, develop staffing plans, run standups.
