Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Program Controls professional to steward the portfolio of gigawatt-scale data center builds. You will own the program controls, drive schedule and cost management, and surface risk early to protect the critical path.

You will build an integrated reporting rhythm that executives trust to guide decision-making, establish standards and tooling, and coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Own program controls, schedule, cost, and risk across large capital projects.
• Build reporting cadence that executives trust for decisions.
• Identify schedule slips and cost overruns early with live risk data.

Responsibilities

• Run the master schedule and cost controls across multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale data center builds.
• Build a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk for delivery leads and executives.
• Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation.
• Stand up program controls tooling and standards for new sites to plug into the model from day one.
• Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to manage interdependencies.
