Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior Program Controls leader to drive master schedules, cost controls, and risk management across a portfolio of gigawatt‑scale data center builds. You will establish a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk that delivery leads and executives trust for decisions.

The role requires coordinating across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning, standing up scalable tooling, and creating a model usable from day one.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned program controls, schedule, cost, and risk across a portfolio of large capital projects.
• You’ve built a reporting cadence that executives actually trust to make decisions.
• You catch schedule slips and cost overruns weeks before they surface.
• You’ve stood up program controls standards or tooling from scratch and gotten multiple teams to use them.
• You coordinate across construction, procurement, and design without losing track of interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Run the master schedule and cost controls across a portfolio of concurrent data center builds.
• Build the reporting rhythm that provides a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk for leadership.
• Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation and surface exposures early.
• Stand up the program controls tooling and standards for new sites to plug into the model from day one.
• Coordinate across construction, procurement, design and commissioning to keep interdependencies visible.
