Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned Program Controls Leader to run the master schedule, cost controls, and risk across multiple gigawatt-scale data center builds. You will craft a reporting rhythm that delivers a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk for delivery leads and executives.

You will stand up scalable program controls tooling, coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning, and ensure interdependencies are visible and managed to minimize surprises.

Qualifications

• Experience owning program controls, schedule, cost and risk across large capital projects.
• Ability to build a reporting cadence executives trust for decisions.
• Ability to identify schedule slips and cost overruns early with live schedule and risk data.
• Experience standing up program controls standards or tooling across teams.

Responsibilities

• Run master schedule and cost controls across a portfolio of gigawatt-scale data center builds.
• Build a reporting rhythm that provides a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk.
• Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation.
• Stand up program controls tooling and standards for new sites to plug into the existing model.
• Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to manage interdependencies.
