Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a Construction Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of hyperscale data center projects. You will own master schedules, budgets, and risk management across multiple sites and regions, coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities.

You will work with executives, engineers, and field teams to drive projects to completion on time and within budget, traveling to active sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Led project management on hyperscale data center or large infrastructure builds.
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Expert scheduling using P6 and MS Project with cost controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and trades.
• Experience building multi-region project teams and traveling to sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, risk management for global data centers.
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
• Own budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change-order governance, KPIs weekly.
• Lead phase-gate reviews, manage contracts: RFP, bids, awards, close-out.
• Identify critical-path risks and coordinate mitigation with leadership.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and run standups and retrospectives.
