Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center builds across multiple sites. You will own planning, budgeting, risk management, and the master schedule from mobilization to turnover, coordinating design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Travel 80–100% to active sites, manage budgets and change orders, and lead cross‑functional teams of project managers, superintendents and engineers.

PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus in this fast‑paced, ownership‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Led project management on hyperscale data center, large infrastructure, or industrial builds.
• Deep understanding of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Expert in scheduling, cost control, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and risk-management for global data centers.
• Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Own budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance; report KPIs weekly.
• Facilitate phase-gate/design reviews and manage contract lifecycles (RFP, bids, awards).
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and run standups and retrospectives.
