Job summary

Fluidstack in New York is building civilization-scale data center infrastructure to power frontier AI. We are seeking a program management leader to own the multi-GW portfolio from LOI through construction handoff to operations.

You will design and run a stage-gate framework, build real-time tooling and trackers, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to hit six-month power timelines and avoid surprises.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large, concurrent portfolio of capital projects with high stakes.
• Designed and enforced stage-gate or milestone frameworks across multiple teams.
• Able to track 20+ workstreams with detail and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Own the program management rhythm for a multi-GW portfolio from LOI to ops.
• Architect and maintain the stage-gate framework for leases, power, and handoffs.
• Build tooling, trackers, and data pipelines for real-time visibility of schedule, cost, risk.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, construction, utilities and external partners to surface blockers.
• Hand off signed sites with complete documentation and no surprises after mobilization.
