Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Product Manager for Data Center Power Solutions in Plano, TX. You will define the vision and roadmap for UPS systems, power distribution, and integrated solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to drive profitable growth and platform strategy. Lead product introductions, pricing, and lifecycle management, while developing tools and collateral for global launches.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in power electronics or data center infrastructure.
• Strong technical depth with commercial judgment to drive growth.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap for Delta’s data center power portfolio.
• Lead NPI and lifecycle management for UPS systems and related power platforms.
• Develop global pricing strategies and coordinate with supply chain on forecasting.
• Create training materials and sales tools; support global launches and events.
