Job summary

Meta is seeking a Commercial Sourcing Manager for Power and Cooling Infrastructure Equipment to define multi-year category strategies and lead negotiations for critical data center components. You will manage supplier relationships, analyze total cost of ownership, and drive supplier performance improvements across cost, quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement for power and cooling infrastructure equipment or related mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx development, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract execution for capital equipment categories
• Experience developing category strategies with market intelligence, total cost of ownership analysis, and supply risk assessment
• Experience managing supplier relationships and driving measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery
• Experience communicating complex sourcing strategies and supplier performance data to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year category strategies for power and cooling infrastructure equipment, including market analysis and sourcing roadmaps
• Lead competitive sourcing events, contract negotiations, and supplier selection processes for high-value categories
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships with regular business reviews to improve performance
• Analyze total cost of ownership and identify cost reduction opportunities with engineering teams
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitical exposure and long-lead-time components
• Align sourcing strategies with technology roadmaps and deployment schedules with cross-functional teams
• Establish and track supplier capacity commitments to ensure supply availability for data center builds
• Drive supplier development to diversify sources and improve resilience
• Produce executive-level reporting on strategy, supplier performance, and risk
• Collaborate with legal, finance and sustainability to structure compliant contracts
