Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management: Owns operational responsibility for one or more sites, ensuring performance and readiness.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Leads trend analysis across capacity, temperature, uptime and reliability; drives improvements.
• Issue Management and Documentation: Manages incident resolution, escalation, and maintains knowledge base and SOPs.
• Data Center Expansion Support: Supports new region builds and site expansions; coordinates with project teams.
• Installation and Maintenance: Oversees installations, inventory, logistics and upgrades of data center components.
• Core Responsibilities: Manages moderately complex projects, collaborates across teams, and analyzes problems to resolve issues.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stays current with industry trends and mentors teammates; implements process improvements.
• Performance and Development: Supports interviewing and hiring processes; government security clearance is a plus.
