Job summary

Oracle seeks a Global Reliability and Risk Management Engineer to enhance the reliability of its colocation data center portfolio. You will review design deviations, analyze incident trends, and guide mitigations with cross-functional teams across Data Center Operations and Engineering.

You will lead audits, assess aging infrastructure risks, and develop technical guidance to standardize practices across Oracle’s global colocation footprint.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in operating data center critical infrastructure or related fields.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering plus 6 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Review colocation data center design deviations and track mitigations.
• Analyze recurring failures and provider performance trends to identify risks.
• Assess aging infrastructure reliability and utility exposure.
• Develop findings and recommendations to prioritize risk reduction.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to address recurring risks.
• Support incident escalation and CAPA tracking.
