Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Operations Manager to lead a multi-campus, 24x7 environment, overseeing a large technical workforce and numerous production buildings. You will ensure operational excellence, safety, and strong client relationships while meeting SLA commitments.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will drive staffing, budget adherence, and continuous improvement, delivering high-quality service across complex data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in data center operations, managed services, or mission-critical operations.
• 5+ years managing multiple operational teams across geographically distributed sites.
• Experience leading organizations of 100+ employees; 200+ preferred.
• Experience leading 24x7 operations with accountability for safety, service delivery, and performance.
• Strong financial and business management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple data center campuses, including Network Operations, Field Operations, Deployment Services, and Infrastructure Support.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and 24x7 operations meeting customer and contractual requirements.
• Drive operational readiness, incident management, risk mitigation, and service quality.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and execution.
• Serve as primary operational contact for customer stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Lead operational reviews, QBRs, and present performance, capacity planning, and improvements.
• Develop and mentor a team of service leads, technical leads, and technicians.
• Manage budgets, labor forecasting, and productivity; monitor KPIs and dashboards.
• Drive Lean improvements, automation, and standardization.
