Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee a designated pod, including multiple hyperscale campuses, 200+ staff, and 24x7 service delivery. You will partner with Service Delivery to ensure SLA performance and operational excellence.

You will lead a team of service leads and technicians, drive staffing, budgeting, safety, and continuous improvement, while reporting to Service Director and collaborating with East Coast teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 8+ years leadership experience in data center operations or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing multiple operational teams across distributed sites.
• Experience leading 100+ employees; 200+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple data center campuses and service lines.
• Ensure 24x7 operations meet customer and contractual requirements.
• Drive incident management, risk mitigation, business continuity, and service quality.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and execution.
• Present operational performance, SLA results, and continuous improvement initiatives.
