Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead a regional portfolio spanning multiple hyperscale campuses and more than 15 production buildings. You will drive operational excellence, staffing, safety, and financial performance, serving as the primary client contact for service delivery and KPI achievement.

This role requires a proven leader for large-scale, 24x7 operations, with experience overseeing teams and ensuring high-quality service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in data center operations or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years leading multiple operational teams across distributed sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple data center campuses and service lines.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce development.
• Oversee budgets, labor forecasting, and productivity; monitor KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuity with contractual SLAs; drive continuous improvement.
