Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
• Manage the performance of diverse data center operation teams across locations
• Develop career paths and update internal tools
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing
• Ensure 24/7 operations and hardware logistics with shift management
• Lead large-scale incidents and act as call leader
• Improve workflows and drive automation and technology innovation
• Maintain on-call schedules and ensure service quality
