You will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, operations managers, and security experts to keep the cloud running and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience or Bachelor's in CS/engineering/math or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage the performance of diverse data center operation teams across locations.
• Develop career paths for employees and updates in internal tools.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure day-to-day data center operations including 24/7 shift and hardware logistics.
• Learn quickly or act as SME across all aspects of data center operations.
• Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are measured and met.
• Inspire and guide improvements in team processes, technology, and automation.
• Manage large-scale events/outages and act as call leader.
• Improve workflows and throughput for data center operations.
• Oversee policies to meet SLAs and industry best practices.
