Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of a diverse team across locations.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and shift planning.
• Lead large-scale events and incident response as call leader.
• Develop career paths and mentor employees.
• Document policies and improve workflows and automation.
• Maintain on-call schedules and travel as needed.
