Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support global data center operations, focusing on data-driven monitoring of equipment performance, uptime, and energy use. You will track incidents, document root causes, and contribute to operational excellence across units.

The role requires 2–5 years in data/operations analysis, proficiency with Excel/SQL/Tableau, and willingness to travel for on-site exposure. Remote work is not indicated; strong English skills needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years in data analysis or operations analysis, crypto or data center ops preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau to monitor metrics and insights.
• ITIL, PMP or related certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze operational data from global data centers for uptime and efficiency.
• Record and investigate equipment failures or service disruptions; document root causes.
• Generate periodic reports on availability and incident frequency for management.
• Execute maintenance schedules and asset inspections in line with protocols.
• Support strategic projects with data analysis, coordination, and task execution.
