Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies for deployments.
• In-depth experience designing and deploying large-scale data center network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic infrastructure and best practices.
• Knowledge of data center design, construction, and startup processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and optical transport.
• Knowledge of IP and Optical hardware platforms.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design engineering and implementation of large-scale data center networks.
• Research, develop and deploy technologies to evolve and scale data centers.
• Lead initiatives driving efficiency, innovation, and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop new features.
• Influence future data center and network designs for seamless integration.
• Participate in the New Product Introduction process for network infra.
• Partner with software teams to build tooling for provisioning, management, and troubleshooting.
• Produce network infrastructure design packages for deployment teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, partners and vendors.
• Develop automation to improve consistency and efficiency in design, deployment, and operations.
• Perform site visits with construction and design teams to validate cabling and builds.
