Job summary

Meta’s Edge & Network Services team seeks engineers to design and deploy large-scale data center networks globally. You will work across locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve infrastructure and implement new features that scale deployments and improve reliability.

Applicants should have a strong background in data center architectures, networking protocols, and experience applying AI to optimize workflows and outcomes. This role involves travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale data center networks.
• Familiarity with AI to drive efficiencies in deployments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, IS-IS and optical transport tech.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, engineering and implementation of large-scale data center networks across multiple locations.
• Research, develop and deploy technologies to scale data centers and optimize deployments.
• Lead initiatives driving efficiency, innovation and standardization of data centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to develop features and influence future networking.
