Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Global Data Center Strategic Marketing Specialist to drive brand presence and thought leadership for the data center vertical. You will translate complex cooling technologies into market-facing stories, reporting to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Data Centers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will build a content engine, elevate industry voice, and support partnerships, travel to events, and contribute to competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, or specialty chemicals.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts (e.g., cooling technologies, refrigerants).
Project management: manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify key industry events and coordinate speaking opportunities and sponsorships.
Build relationships with associations and conference organizers to boost thought leadership.
Translate technical performance data into case studies and white papers.
Create marketing collateral and content across channels with marketing partners.
Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence reports monthly.
Support partnerships and data center initiatives with market analysis.
