Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking a Global Marketing Expert for Data Center initiatives to drive lead conversion and scale global marketing programs.

The role focuses on development of marketing toolkits, exhibition tactics, and cross-regional execution to showcase data center products and solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage a 5+ year background in data center marketing, with English business proficiency and a track record of transforming technical specs into customer benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, more than 5 years of work experience, preference for HVAC/Refrigeration/Thermal Engineering.
• Background in the data center thermal management industry, proficient in liquid cooling systems and cooling source selection.
• Ability to transform technical parameters into customer benefits, with proficiency in English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Circles and Lead Conversion: Lead participation in global data center industry summits, identify and follow up on high-value leads.
• Global System Empowerment: Build standardized marketing toolkits to support rapid replication of best practices across overseas regions.
• Exhibition Display: Transform the value points of building data center products and solutions and combine them with brand communication.
