Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive global data center inventory and power topology improvements.

You will organize cross-functional programs, manage dependencies, and report progress across stakeholders to ensure durable, scalable, data-driven processes for capacity delivery. The role emphasizes end-to-end program execution, automation of operations, and collaboration with engineering, security, operations, and procurement teams within AWS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and/or project deliverables, and negotiate any needed trade-offs.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.
• Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow.
