Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of data center cabling strategy across our global infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams, provide executive-level reporting, and shape the reliability and cost efficiency of our cabling footprint. The role requires exceptional communication, ambiguity management, and the ability to drive clarity through structured execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, CS, mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level reporting on program health, delivering root-cause analysis and actionable insights to drive cabling optimization decisions.
• Pioneer scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions for data center cabling management.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple programs, navigating dependencies and critical path decisions to deliver site-level cabling execution plans.
• Build program mechanisms that monitor health of cable strategy and implementation plans for critical projects.
• Unite cross-functional teams across time zones around a shared execution vision.
