• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and success of infrastructure retirement, recovery, and upgrades across sites.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions for data center portfolio management.
• Manage competing priorities across programs, dependencies, and critical path decisions for site-level execution plans.
• Provide executive program reporting with root-cause analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Unite cross-functional teams across project delivery, networking, infrastructure, operations, and regional business development.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and remove barriers to ensure project success.
