Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a technical infrastructure program manager for the Global Network Deployment team. You will drive data center and network capacity deployment efficiencies, assess demand with available resources, and lead programs to improve resource utilization and availability across the AWS organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network health, demand, risks; initiate corrective action.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and coordinate processes.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects; negotiate trade-offs.
• Provide regular program progress reporting.
• End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
• Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions.
• Keep customer experience as the primary focus.
• Meet/exceed AWS leadership principles requirements for this role.
