Job summary

ISS Group seeks a Data Center Food Program Innovation Lead to drive strategic culinary innovation and operational intelligence for global data-center dining. You will shape the roadmap for data center operations, aligning sustainability, efficiency, and hospitality excellence with the client’s identity and values.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Strategy, MBA, or Hospitality Management and 10–15 years in food service strategy or corporate hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Strategy, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• 10–15 years in food service strategy, corporate hospitality, or business transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Ability to navigate high-security corporate environments and apply innovation to large-scale portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Global Strategy & Stakeholder Influence: co-create with industry leaders and plan interventions across the food service journey.
• Operational Architecture & Execution: develop efficiency models, sustainability frameworks, and prototyping for data-center food solutions.
• User Experience: design tools and programs leveraging data to enhance hospitality and program outcomes.
• Strategic Roadmap: align localized innovations with global food strategy and client values.
