Dessert Holdings is seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Innovation & Culinary to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, delivering culinary expertise for new concepts and customer-ready solutions.

You will translate consumer and industry trends into commercially viable food products, conduct demonstrations, and lead culinary strategy across retail and foodservice channels.

Qualifikationen

• Professional culinary training from an accredited program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of culinary experience in food manufacturing, ingredient solutions, foodservice, or CPG environments.

• Develop innovative food concepts, applications, and recipes aligned with customer needs and trends.
• Partner with Sales to support meetings, presentations, innovation sessions, and reviews as culinary expert.
• Evaluate emerging food trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Conduct culinary presentations, product demonstrations, and ideation workshops for customers.
• Provide application expertise and recommendations to enhance customer product portfolios.
• Serve as culinary ambassador at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
• Translate marketplace insights into new product concepts delivering customer value.
• Analyze competitive products and categories to support innovation strategies.
• Support product optimization related to flavor, texture, cost, and manufacturability.
• Champion efficiency and consistency in product development, recipe management, and documentation.
